Month: January 2017
Considering that a) America is building a wall south of the border to keep out my beloved work colleagues; b) we are considering tariffs on Mexican imported products (which, in petty and selfish terms would mean no more affordable avocados and no more tomatoes in winter (let’s leave the bigger picture out or it’s too mind-boggling); c) the media is, apparently, the new opposition party, I only have two choices: I can smoke weed, while still legal, until all this goes away or I stick with keeping it light. For this week, I am keeping it light.
I have come to the conclusion I would be quite happy never having to work for money another day in my life. So – I am grateful it’s the weekend (although I am working most of it and it’s pouring with rain). At least I will be marching with thousands of fellow women while the new President starts rearranging the furniture in the White House. To cheer myself up, here are a couple of wonderful people and some dreamy things.
