This one is going to be short and sweet for me. Before I get going, I want to mention that I did pretty well with the intentions I set last year – I am doing what I enjoy, I have created a holiday home and I expect the best of myself and others. There were two that I didn’t address as comprehensively … so I am going to carry them over into 2014. With one more beside. My 2014 Intentions are to
- keep it simple. Everything.
- practice Yoga every day. Some part of the 8 limbs – breathing exercises, meditation, asanas …
- write “the Poopenstances”. A book for the NANS – started in 2013 but time and circumstance intervened.
